最近在Liverpool面试了个graduate scheme，发现英国面试真的很爱问“tell me about a time when you failed”这种问题。我一开始总想回避失败经历，后来mentor提醒要突出learning points。昨天用STAR结构讲了个project timeline没控好的例子，居然收到positive feedback！大家遇到behavioral questions会怎么准备呀？求分享经验～（顺便安利下CareerVidz的YouTube频道，对准备competency questions超有帮助）
